Through my private practice, Mind Your Body Yoga Therapy, I specialize in guiding clients who are navigating trauma, chronic pain, and dysregulated nervous systems. I utilize a blend of trauma-sensitive yoga, somatic therapies, and nervous system regulation techniques to help clients safely reconnect with their bodies, process experiences through self-reflection, and cultivate inner calm and resilience. My work is rooted in creating a safe, compassionate environment where clients feel seen, supported, and understood—acknowledging that healing is a full mind-body process.
My mission is to empower clients to build emotional resilience, strengthen their mind-body connection, and find healing at their own pace. I am also passionate about contributing to community well-being as a board member of Empowered Wellness, a non-profit providing treatment for trauma survivors, and as the host of the podcast Yoga Therapy: The Alchemy of Healing.

I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, passionate about helping others achieve their goals to live healthier. I inspire my clients to discover new paths, implementing non-judgment and self-care. As a thyroid cancer survivor and dealing with an autoimmune disease, I am keenly aware of how precious life is. Each day with family, friends, and community is a blessing and an opportunity to make good choices and teach others to do the same. I have been working as a Health and Wellness Coach for more than six years, working with clients and empowering them to achieve a healthier lifestyle. I have two Certifications in coaching, a Master’s Degree as a Health and Wellness Coach from the Maryland University of Integrative Health, and another one by Guiding Mindful Coaching. I have a certificate as a lifestyle coach from the Center for Disease Control for the implementation of the Diabetes Prevention Program.
