Dr. Most, Professor (retired) NDMU-SIOH (formerly MUIH). I love working with my patients in their journey to better health! have published in the areas of 5 Element acupuncture, acupuncture and dry needling, acupuncture education and co-created the acupuncture protocol for and was a practitioner in a pilot study of acupuncture, physical therapy and low back pain, completed at the Baltimore Veterans Administration Hospital. I am the chair of the Society for Acupuncture Research Special Interest Group on Education and was a principal investigator for a survey of subject matter experts, stakeholders and students, in order to improve acupuncture research education. Among other courses, I developed and taught the Integrative Science of Acupuncture, which explores the past, present and future of acupuncture research; Mind Body Science; Chinese and Western Dietary Therapy; Foundations of Oriental Medicine; and Interdisciplinary Diagnosis and Treatment (Doctoral program); and I have been a clinical supervisor. I also taught the History and Evolution of Acupuncture Research at Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medical Arts in Ashville, NC.
