About Tracey Mahon
Healing Arts is a passion. After graduating in 1986 with a psychology degree from Seton Hall University in South Orange NJ Tracey who had already worked with special needs children for 8 yrs began her training as massage therapist. Then graduating as an acupuncturist from Tai Sophia University in 2008 she returned to the Berkshires of western Massachusetts where she lived for almost 30 years, to continue her work at Kripalu the largest yoga and holistic health retreat center in the country. There she had directed outdoor programs for children and adults with her specialty as an adventure based counselor as well as worked in the healing arts department since 1993. Currently she practices massage and acupuncture at Touch Therapeutic Massage in South Riding Virginia. She also assists a non-profit, Healing from the Heart: The Dolphin Experience, that works in Mexico facilitating dolphin sonar healing experiences with special needs children and adults.
