About Sharon Sherman
Sharon Sherman, L.Ac. is a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist with more than 25 years of experience in East Asian Medicine. She is the founder of True to Life Wellness in Freeport, Maine, where she offers thoughtful, individualized care rooted in classical Chinese medicine and informed by decades of clinical practice. Sharon previously founded and led a successful acupuncture and Chinese herbal practice in Philadelphia and served as a consult staff acupuncturist within one of the city’s largest hospital networks. Her work focuses on supporting resilience, balance, and long-term healing through attentive, relationship-based care.
