Melissa (Missy) Steger, L.Ac. Diplo. Acu., LMT, is an integrative medicine practitioner with over 20 years of experience supporting people through pain, transition, and personal growth. With a background in neuromuscular massage therapy and a Master’s in Acupuncture, Melissa bridges science-based care with time-honored East Asian Medicine to help individuals build resilience in both body and mind. Her work spans trauma-informed care, oncology support, athletic recovery, and chronic stress management, and she has collaborated closely with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams. As a clinician, leader, and mother navigating the demands of modern life, Melissa brings a grounded, compassionate perspective on leadership, sustainability, and showing up fully—without burnout.
