About Hunter Thompson

Dr. Thompson has been practicing Chinese medicine for nearly 30 years. He held the position of Director of Clinical Experience and Associate Professor at Maryland University of Integrative Health. Dr. Thompson holds a 3rd-degree black belt in Ninjutsu and is a Certified Qi Gong Instructor. He practices acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and NAET. In addition, he is certified as a Reiki Master.

Dr. Thompson’s philosophy is that the body heals itself with assistance from various modalities. He works integratively with other health care professionals.
