About Darlene Staley
Darlene Staley takes a functional, integrative approach to nutrition therapy and whole-person health coaching — meeting clients where conventional medicine often falls short and helping them build real, sustainable health. A Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN), NBC-HWC Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a Master’s degree in Nutrition & Integrative Health, she works with clients throughout the US via telehealth in her private practice, Revive Optimal Health. Her work spans hormonal balance, metabolic wellness, gut health, bone density, and healthy aging — with specialized focus in GLP-1 lifestyle support, women’s midlife health, and healthy aging for seniors. Her deepest wish for every client is simple: to find joy, to discover a rhythm of living that moves them toward optimal health on the beautiful path of aging, and to find lasting freedom from chronic dieting.
