About Darlene Staley

Darlene Staley is a NBC-HWC Health and Wellness Coach and Nutrition Coach with a Master’s degree in Nutrition & Integrative Health and the founder of Revive Optimal Health, LLC. Her mission is to help people—especially women over 40—break free from chronic dieting and reconnect with food, movement, and health in a way that is sustainable and life-giving. Darlene blends evidence-based nutrition with compassionate coaching to support healthy aging, confidence, and long-term wellbeing. She is currently completing the requirements to become a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS).
